For most of us, we live our lives rushing around or 'zoning out'. There is so much going on sometimes that it feels better to just step outside the present moment. While this can be helpful occasionally, it can also become a habit and before we know it, we are not present to much at all. We may find that we are not as connected as we'd like, or not enjoying our life as we live it.

Preferred delivery: Video
While Phone and Distance delivery works as well as anything else, video can really support you in being more present and focused, offering a more enriching experience. Being able to connect visually can also have great benefit as the eyes have mirror neurons which help the nervous system to calm more easily and quickly.
