Find the joy within.

I have crossed the barren desert and dived into the abyss. I've scaled the highest peaks and plummed the lowest depths of my own existence for my entire life, and I have felt the entire process consciously. I can share my story in many different ways, using most of the popular labels that are used in the world today, but I prefer to not vicariously traumatise others with details of my life. How people feel really matters to me because I spent decades not being able to feel or identify my own feelings and I found that to be a horribly lonely and painful way to live. I have been blessed with many guides and teachers throughout my life who have supported me and held space for me with compassion, empathy, wisdom, and authenticity, to find my own answers in safety, and in my own time and way. Now I offer myself to you as a guide while you seek the answers you hold within yourself too.
